Teens Level 3

Volleyball Classes for teenagers at Astoria and Long Island City. Level 3 is based on players that are defining the position they will play (libero, setter, mid block, outside or right side hitter). They will spend time learning different rotations, and also where placing the ball during the game. This group also works a lot on service (crucial for stepping in level 4).

At this level we start forming teams to compete at local tournaments. We also organize our own tournaments and leagues.

SEP/OCT - Sessions at Long Island City on Tuesdays from 7:15pm to 8:45pm at Q301 Academy for Careers in Television. Days: 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27 (Halloween inspired volleyball tournament). 6 sessions for $245. OCT/NOV/DEC - Sessions at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria on Wednesdays 6:15pm to 7:30pm with a few exceptions. Please be attentive to the days and locations as follows: Days: 1) September 23 (Wed 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra), 2) September 30 (Wed 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra), 3) October 7 (Wed 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra), 4) October 14 (Wed at BQE Fitness from 6pm to 7:15pm), 5) October 21 (Wed at 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra), 6) October 27 Tue (Halloween inspired tournament at Hunters Point Campus at LIC from 7-9pm), 7) November 4 (Wed at 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra), November 11 no session veterans day, 8) November 18 (Wed at 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra), 9) November 25 (Wed at BQE Fitness from 6pm to 7:15pm), 10) December 2 (Wed at 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra 11) December 9 (Wed at 6:15pm at Frank Sinatra, 12) December 16 (Wed level 3 tournament from 6-9pm at Frank Sinatra). Tryouts for this level will be September 17th from 7pm to 9pm at Hunters Point Campus. The fee is $25 if you register prior to September 5th. After fee will become $40. All players need to bring their own volleyball to the session. This session also works as a pre tryout for our girls team William United Volleyball Club U15 and U17. SOLD OUT!

Great matches and great to see how much the players improved not only within our programs, but at this single day! We LOVE to promote sports, health and community, but the fact we expose the kids to competition makes them understand how brave and strong they can be!

Tournament happened May 28th 2025 at Astoria with players that were registered within our programs during that cycle! Great to see how much everyone has improved!
