Teens Level 1

Volleyball Classes for teenagers at Astoria and Long Island City. Level 1 classes focus on learning volleyball from the fundamentals. We go over every technique to teach your teenager how to do it, and make you repeat it over and over. We also implement drills that help with foot work and communication, basic skills to play volleyball.

At this level is very important the teen player repeats the drills learned in class at least 2-3x a week on their own or attend more volleyball classes with us. Every participant should have their own volleyball and bring it to every practice.

Minimal age is 11 years old for Astoria programs, and 12 years old for Long Island City programs.
